Increased capacity on Tschudi Lines Services

After a successful start to the container service from Szczecin, Tschudi Logistics Holding AS is increasing capacity. From October 2014 m/v Uranus 510-TEUs will be deployed on their weekly Tschudi Lines Baltic Sea service.

Since our very first call to Szczecin in March, there has been a very positive response. Volumes are now proofing that our decision was correct and well timed. We are also pleased to provide our customers with the only direct container line from the Baltic to the Oslofjord - also complementing our North Sea line already calling Drammen” - Managing Director, Eskil Ødegaard comments.

Tschudi is recognized as a main independent short sea container line offering competitive and reliable transportations in the Baltic and Northern Europe. Szczecin - the new port of call - strengthens Tschudi’s market position and commitment to the door-to-door logistic concept they are proud to offer.

Strategically located ports on the continent and in the UK enables Tschudi to connect their two lines thus reinforcing their focus on both the Baltic and Nordic regions.  Entering points for Russia / CIS countries are Tallinn, Klaipeda and Helsinki.  The North Sea service links the Oslofjord with Immingham, UK and Rotterdam, the Netherlands.  A wide variety of containers for most cargo commodities can be provided on both lines.

Tschudi Logistics Holding AS located in Oslo is a company within the Tschudi Group represented in Norway, Estonia, Finland, Denmark, UK, Holland, Belgium, Lithuania, Latvia, Russia and Poland. Tschudi Logistics owns and operates Tschudi Lines North Sea and Tschudi Lines Baltic Sea services.
